The Matrix is real.
I never have understood the human need to be popular with majority of the population no matter the consequences. All you have to do is tell someone everyone else believes something and every smart person believes that thing and only stupid people don't believe it and you can get the majority of people to go along with anything.
Witness the holocaust; Hitler told the people that the Jews were an inferior species and getting rid of them would clean up the gene pool which would benefit the human race. Survival of the fittest would eliminate the Jews anyway so why not speed up the inevitable. All of the "smartest" Nazi "scientists" agreed with this idea so that would make one stupid and extreme if they didn't believe it. Can't have someone call us stupid or extreme now can we? What pride!
You say we could never fall for that in this country? Why is it when a child is unwanted it is a fetus and when it is wanted we call it a baby? When was the last time you heard someone say they just had a ultrasound and their fetus seemed to have female characteristics, but of course it is not a girl because we all know it is just a blob of tissue which is not human at all?
Take the separation of church and state. The First Amendment to our Constitution says; "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion; or preventing the free exercise thereof...". Tell me, if a child prays at graduation or a local government erects a Ten Commandments display what did congress have to do with it? Well, you say, they took the fourteenth amendment and used it to apply the first to state and local governments.
Ok fine, that still leaves the "make no law" part. When some child prays on school grounds exactly who made a law? The child? The school board? Pat Robberson? If you accept that logic, then using the same argument if someone is ordered by a state official not to pray or take down a plaque, then isn't congress making a law preventing the free exercise of religion? Call me stupid and extreme if you like; but the Emperor still ain't wearin' no clothes!
We all know there is something wrong. How can so many people around the world have common philosophies that call evil good and good evil? Time and time again people are deceived into going along with mass exterminations of their fellow humans. They are like sheep led to the slaughter. You must be thinking there must be a conspiracy. Well, you would be right, but it is not the Tri-lateral Commission or the Bilderbergers behind it, it is Satan. He has been deceiving man since the beginning of time.
David Kupelian in his excellent article for Worldnetdaily called "The Media Matrix" sums this up perfectly:
"The real matrix
In truth, the news media, just like the entertainment media, politicians, the government school system, cultural leaders – in short, the "authority" class the average person looks up to as experts and role models – are themselves just pawns in a great cosmic game of deception. In a very real sense, they're also caught up in, and subject to, a "matrix program" that's been running, not only during this generation or for the past century, but for as long as man has been around.
And this real-world matrix is every bit as powerful, consuming and seemingly inescapable as that in the science-fiction thriller.
The problem, dear reader, is that the real "matrix" of deception in this world, of which the news media are only pathetic channels, is the dark spiritual dimension that "waits upon" the human race to tempt, ensnare, deceive and otherwise prevent any mortal from finding the Kingdom of Heaven. "
This article is a must read for everyone.
For all of the Christians who are really into cospiracy theories I pray that you will really try to see how deep the rabbit hole goes and more importantly WHERE it goes.
SWALLOW THE RED PILL!

The article gave examples of what the manipulators wanted to accomplish, and the methods they used to acheive their goal.
But what was lacking is, Why two people do opposite things with the same information.
For example, these same two people believe the following quote to be true and they follow it to a tee, but the one does everything it says, while the other will do none of those things. So, "Why do they choose different paths to follow" is the more basic question that the article prompted, but did not address.
"History affords us many instances of the ruin of states,
by the prosecution of measures ill suited to the temper and
genius of their people. The ordaining of laws in favor of one
part of the nation, to the prejudice and oppression of another,
is certainly the most erroneous and mistaken policy. ... These
measures never fail to create great and violent jealousies and
animosities between the people favored and the people oppressed;
whence a total separation of affections, interests, political
obligations, and all manner of connections, by which the whole
state is weakened." --Benjamin Franklin
Finally at the conclusion of the article, the author provided the remedy to "being manipulated", but it was, for all practical purposes (and porpoises), couched in semantic language (gee, I wonder what he meant by that).
Seriously, unless the terms "light, truth, faith, etc." are well-defined, they will only have the remedy of platitudes.
At this place in time, the most basic question we can ask is: Why?
Why do people do what they do? Why does a certain thing do what it does? And last but not least, Why does a particular thing exist?
Part of the answer may lie in "the necessary inference".
Thanks for the comment. I would say the reason is much more basic than "the necessary inference". I would say the reason people do what they do is that it is their nature to sin.
